So my suggestions is(like I explained before) you would gain jutsus depending on you post count some jutsus requires for example 250 posts means you can learn all jutsus that requires 250 from you sensei ,some jutsus have limits wich means you can learn all basic and one special jutsu at this post count...When you reach 100,250,500,750,1000,1500 and something like that you can learn 1 specific jutsus wich will be added later one ,one per stage...
