Academy jutsus:

Kawarimi
It avoids you from all damages taken durring this turn.It has 10 turn cooldown, 1AP cost.You also can't do Nin or Gen jutsus durring this turn and all your effects are canceled.(No levels)

Transformation jutsu
This jutsu allow you to copy other persons appearance .Requires 25 chakra,any damage taken will cancel this jutsu(This jutsu is ussualy used durring combat but has additinal effect if you turn into your opponent while he have summoned more than 5 clones.He can't attack you ,he can only attack his clones untill there is only 3 left)(No levels and requires 1 AP)

Counter-Attack
This attack instantly avoids you from taking any Physical or Tai move and instantly hits him with your close combat attack(You can use some skills that has the effect of counter-attack at their describtion).Your opponent can't avoid your counter attack.Requires 10 stamina and 3AP.Also this can only be used once per battle inless your Hyuuga and then this jutsu will have 5turn cooldown wich can be decreased by raising level of Byakugan.



Genin jutsus:


Fire:

Fire dragon missile
Deals 50dmg ,requires 100 chakra and 1AP per shot ,you can shoot as many you can durring one turn but then you'll have to wait another 5turns to do it again.Requires 2AP to dodge each shot(Damage is incresed by 50 for every level of this skill and AP it requires to be dodged by 1)

Water:

Rain summoning
Decreases all fire jutsu Damage by 100 ,increases water jutsu dmg by 50.Requires 50 chakra per turn and 3AP to be casted on 1st turn then you'll just needs chakra to keep it up.(Decreases AP cost by 1 for every water jutsu)(no levels)

Wind

Daitoppa - Great Breakthrough
After bringing his hand to his mouth, the user will blow a large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything in its way.
Deals 100 damage, requires 200chakra and 6 AP.Requires 10 AP to be dodged.(Each level damage is increased by 100)

Earth:

Earth armor
Increases your deffence versus all attacks by 50,requires 50chakra and 3AP ,after the 1st turn requires only chakra.(Each level of this skill increases deffence by 50 and decrease chakra cost by 5)

Mud spit
Immobilises you opponent for 1 turn making him unable to use any physical or Tai jutsu moves,he also can't use AP to dodge.Requires 200chakra and 5AP.(Chakra cost is incresed by 100 for each level and immobilasing time by 1)10 turn cooldown.10AP needed to dodge.

Chuunin jutsus:

Fire:

Grand Fireball Jutsu
Deals 250dmg,requires 300chakra and 6AP.Requires 5 turns to be casted again.This jutsu attacks all players on the field so it instatntly clears the field from all clones(Each level increases damage by 250 and chakra cost by 50 and AP it requires to be dodged by 2).Requires 10 AP to be dodged.

Water:

Mizu Bunshin - Water Clone
Creates a water clone that can fight for you.It can only do normal mele attacks and if hit it will disapear.Requiers 100 chakra and 1 AP per clone.You can also chose 1 water jutsu that the clones will be able to use at the cost of your chakra.(Each time you level up the technique the number of jutsus that the clones can learn to do will increase.)

Wind

Wind sword
Deals 250HP damage and 250Stamina damage.Requires 500chakra and 5AP.Requires 10AP to be dodged and can be used together with counter-attack skill.(Each level of this skill will increase it's damages by 50 and decreases chakra cost by 50).10 turn cooldown

Earth:

Earth Corridor
After slamming your fists to the ground, the earth will rise up and over your target targets, imprisoning them.Requiers 300 chakra and 15 AP to cast the jutsu.After that you will loose 150 chakra each turn in order to keep the jutsu.Requires 20AP to dodge and if cought in the jutsu your oponent won't be abe to do anything except defensive jutsus.(Each level the chakra needed for the jutsu will be reduced by 50)

Jounin jutsus:

Fire:

Fire dragon bullet
A dragon of fire forms and flys at your opponent.Deals 400 damage, requires 500chakra and 10AP to be executed.Requires 15 Ap to be dodged.(each level increases damage by 100 and AP needed to dodge by 1)

Water:

Water dragon jutsu
Deals 400damage ,requires 500chakra and 10AP and requires 2 turns to be casted.
Requires 15 AP to be dodged .
(Chakra cost and damage is increased by 200for every level and AP it reaquires to be dodged by 3)

Wind

Pressure Damage
The user of the jutsu uses his wind element to release a large wind blast.The blast hits everyone who is not invulnarable on the battlefield.Does 300 damage, requires 500 chakra and 15AP.You cannot dodge the jutsu using AP.(each level increases damage by 100 and reduces AP cost by 1.You cannot go under 10AP cost for the jutsu.)

Earth:

Earth wall
A large slab of earth comes up and makes a wall in order to protect you from massive damage.Makes you invulnarable for as long as you can keep the wall on.Requires 300 chakra and 10 AP to do.After that you will have to give 100 chakra each turn in order to keep the wall on.While this jutsu is active you can't attack your oponent in any way.(each level reduces chakra cost by 50 and the AP needed by 1.Does not reduc the chakra needed to sustain the jutsu)

Good job...I edited the mistakes I found and I added some more jutsus to your post....

PS: When adding new jutsus do NOT edit your post...Post them as a new post becouse otherwise it will get too complicated if we both start editing the same post...And besides it will be easier to edid the new jutsus you post...

Effect: 1st attack deals 50 damage and stuns the opponent then 500 at next turn(He can still use counter-attack or kawarimi to avoid damage)
Chakra/stamina cost:50 stamina for 1st kick then additional 250 for the next turns attacks.
AP Cost:3AP for 1st kick and then you must pass your turn on the next turn,10AP to dodge this move.
Level:Each level of this move increase damage for both attacks by 100 and AP cost to bne dodged by 2 ,also decreases stamina cost by 5.


Wind:

Name:Whirlwind
Element:Wind
Description:User focuses wind chakra arround his hands and feets and releases it forming a whirlwind that can be used for booth,offence and deffence.
Damage:250
Damage Type:Health,Massive(Attacks everyone on battle ground)
Effect:Can also be used as deffence and makes you invulnerable for 1turn.You can't use any other jutsus durring this turn.
Chakra cost:500
AP Cost:5/5
Levels:Each level will increase this skills damage by 150 and AP cost to be dodged by 1

Description:Shinobi uses his chakra to increase his Agility.

Description:A genjutsu that uses your minds strenght to physicaly harm your opponent
Damage:Your chakra - Your opponents chakra= damage your opponent recives

Effect:Deals damage to opponent using your mind(Cannot be dodged and and your chakra is reduced only after opponent revices damage)

Description:Creates a giant vortex that take massive dmg to your opponet

Effect:the opponent cant move the following turn

Levels:With each level you increase the number of people you can stun.


Name:Water Prison Technique

Description:creates an a water prison on your opponent

Effect:the opponent cant move untill the prison is broken

Also the jutsus have infinite levels...You can't have only 1 lvl per jutsu...I edited the 2 jutsus...

Oh Ive mean about the level that this jutsus canot be upgraded ,And about the prison you cant break out exept if there is another player with you or you can youse a really strong fire jutsu or the gates for the tai jutsu , And before anybody tell me something about the prison jutsu Iam telling you that Zabouza have used it against Kakashi and even he couldnt break out from it so ....

Afcorse but note that when you hold someone in the prison you can do ABSOLUTLY NOTHING!Which means both you and your oponent will skip turns and each time you skip a turn you will loose 50 chakra and each time the oponent skips his turn he looses 10HP...Whit each level of the jutsu your oponent will loose double life and you double chakra...
